【英格蘭西南部 - 港人公司考察及交流系列】港式小食店 開店心得大公開
繼早前帶大家去參觀位於Bristol的物流公司及Gloucester的東方食品超市後，今次我們將會帶大家去英格蘭西南部小鎮Taunton的港式小食店 Ga Yau Hong Kong Street Food 加油茶檔！佢哋一家由上年開始營運，主要由老闆姊妹檔共同打理 ，為區內居民提供港式小食，特別受當地留學生歡迎。老闆兩姊妹本身於香港都未曾從事飲食生意，究竟他們如何由零開始建立起現在的店舖，慢慢儲落一班穩定顧客？我們今次很榮幸能請到他們和大家分享他們的開店心得！

After visiting the logistics company in Bristol and the oriental food supermarket in Gloucester earlier, our 3rd tour in South West England will bring you to a Hong Kong-style family-run restaurant Ga Yau Hong Kong Street Food in Taunton! Their business has been in operation since last year and it is mainly managed by two sisters. It provides Hong Kong-style food to residents in the area, especially popular among overseas students. Both of them had not engaged in food & beverage business before moving to the UK. How did they start their food business from scratch and retain a group of loyal customers? We are so honoured to have them sharing their valuable experience!
