【英格蘭西南部 - 港人公司考察及交流系列】港式小食店 開店心得大公開

繼早前帶大家去參觀位於Bristol的物流公司及Gloucester的東方食品超市後，今次我們將會帶大家去英格蘭西南部小鎮Taunton的港式小食店 Ga Yau Hong Kong Street Food 加油茶檔！佢哋一家由上年開始營運，主要由老闆姊妹檔共同打理 ，為區內居民提供港式小食，特別受當地留學生歡迎。老闆兩姊妹本身於香港都未曾從事飲食生意，究竟他們如何由零開始建立起現在的店舖，慢慢儲落一班穩定顧客？我們今次很榮幸能請到他們和大家分享他們的開店心得！
